About My Supervision Practice
I provide clinical supervision for counselors seeking to deepen their clinical identity and systemic expertise. With a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision and extensive experience as an Assistant Professor and clinician, I bring a research-informed, developmental approach to our work.
My supervision emphasizes:

The Rønnestad & Skovholt Model
I utilize the Rønnestad and Skovholt Model of Professional Development. This research-based, life-span model recognizes that a counselor's growth is a continuous journey. Rather than a "one-size-fits-all" approach, I meet you at your specific stage of development—from a novice professional to an experienced clinician.

Who I Work With
LPC Associates (Primary or Secondary)
As a Primary Supervisor, I provide comprehensive oversight of your clinical work as you accumulate hours toward full licensure. As a Secondary Supervisor (Bilingual Specialty), I offer specialized one-on-one supervision focused on the complexities of bilingual counseling—code-switching, cultural nuance, and navigating identity in the therapeutic relationship.
Licensed Professionals (Peer Consultation)
For fully licensed clinicians seeking support with complex systemic cases, specialty populations (such as survivors of sexual violence), bilingual counseling challenges, or integrating somatic work into their practice.
Note: I do not provide supervision for graduate students (practicum or internship) at this time.
